2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen has provided a much-needed spark to the team's offense since returning to the starting lineup and will have a great opportunity to produce in a Week 13 bout with the Las Vegas Raiders. With Mike Williams (ankle) ruled out once again, Allen will operate as the clear WR1 for the Chargers and should see a healthy number of targets from quarterback Justin Herbert. With the Raiders currently ranking as a bottom-10 pass defense in the NFL, Allen has obvious top-12 upside this week, especially in PPR formats.
