6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen is certainly the team's No. 1 receiver, but that title isn't really all it's cracked up to be with an offense of this caliber. Allen's biggest problem isn't his talent level or his quarterback's throwing ability. It's simply that there are too many good options on the field at any given time. Allen is competing for touches with Melvin Gordon, Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams, Tyrell Williams, and Antonio Gates, and there's just one ball. Against Oakland this week, Allen has an opportunity to capitalize on his touches though. Oakland is one of the most generous teams in the league when it comes to fantasy points for outside receivers, and so Allen could easily turn any of those chances into a score.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
