2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen is averaging a whopping 11 targets per game since returning from injury in Week 11 and should continue to be the primary option for quarterback Justin Herbert in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Rams. Allen's incredible target volume gives him one of the highest floors of all receivers in PPR fantasy formats, but he also offers a ton of upside this week against a Rams defense allowing the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts in 2022.
