Kawhi Leonard Out On Thursday
8 months agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard (knee) won't play on Thursday against Denver. Head coach Ty Lue reported Leonard experienced knee soreness after Sunday's win over Charlotte, describing the issue as "new." As a result, he didn't suit up for Tuesday's loss to the Sacramento Kings. With any of Leonard's ailments over the years, this has been frustrating for fantasy managers, considering he's been relatively healthy all season. But until he's back on the floor, James Harden, Norman Powell, and Paul George should benefit the most offensively out of those in the starting lineup. Yet, Russell Westbrook, who had a game-high 20 points versus the Kings from off the bench, may be on the verge of a breakout.
