6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves power forward/center Karl-Anthony Towns went off for 39 points, but it was not enough as his squad got the loss on Friday. Towns was a solid 15-for-27 from the floor and 7-for-7 from the line and hauled down a game-high 19 rebounds with two makes from three with a block on the night. Towns came into this contest attempting just 13.9 shots a night, so for him to get 27 attempts is a great sign for owners. Even with Towns slowish start, he is still turning in top-10 value in all formats.--Gianni Costantiello
