According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Minnesota Timberwolves forward/center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is expected to return to the lineup on Friday versus Atlanta. He's officially regarded as questionable for the game after sitting out over a month of action following meniscus surgery on his left knee. Towns is set to return in a good matchup against a team that struggles to contain opposing big men, but his workload will likely be closely monitored as the playoffs are just around the corner. Naz Reid's playing time will take a major hit with Towns' return. However, he's been one of the best bench guys in the league and will still carry a good amount of fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns posted his best offensive performance of the first-round series on Thursday. The former Timberwolf registered 31 points, eight rebounds, one assist, one steal, and two blocks while shooting 10-for-18 from the floor and 4-for-8 from three. After dropping Game 2 at home, the Knicks needed this two-point victory to gain their home-court advantage again. This game bumped Towns' averages up to 21.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.7 blocks per game. Game 4 tips off on Sunday in Detroit before returning to New York for at least one game.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

New York Knicks forward/center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is ready to rejoin the lineup on Saturday against the Detroit Pistons. Towns has been managing a left knee injury and did not play in the last two regular-season games. However, he has been removed from the injury report ahead of the postseason. Towns met the Pistons three times during the regular season and had no trouble filling the box score. He averaged 24.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.3 steals in the matchup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) won't play on Sunday against Brooklyn. He was listed as questionable. However, not many expected to see KAT on the floor. Jalen Brunson (ankle), Josh Hart (knee), and OG Anunoby (thumb) also won't suit up, meaning DFS managers could see increased production from Precious Achiuwa, Landry Shamet, Cameron Payne, and Miles McBride.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) won't play on Friday against Cleveland. KAT had 25 points, 10 boards, five assists, and one steal in Thursday's loss to the Pistons. He also had seven turnovers. However, as some expected, Towns will get the night off. Mitchell Robinson, who had 14 points and 14 rebounds while filling in for Towns in the April 1 win over the 76ers, will move into the starting lineup.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
