K'Andre Miller Scores First Career Goal
4 years agoNew York Rangers defenseman K'Andre Miller produced his first career goal in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres. Brendan Lemieux and Colin Blackwell set him up for the special occasion in the final minute of the opening frame. Chris Kreider also scored for the Rangers, who suffered a fourth consecutive loss. Miller is an intriguing prospect, as he used to be a forward and thus has big upside offensively as a blueliner. It was an all-around good night by Miller on Tuesday, with him adding three shots and one block in 17:41 on the ice. He also had two penalty minutes and finished with a team-best plus-two rating.
