4 years agoMinnesota Wild goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen is tasked with finishing the team's regular-season schedule on Thursday against the Blues. The Finnish rookie will put a four-game winning streak on the line. He started the run after a nightmare of an outing against St. Louis on April 9, in which Kahkonen allowed nine goals on 38 shots. His numbers have dipped during the latter half of the campaign, but he still boasts a strong 16-7-0 record with a 2.70 goals-against average, a .908 save percentage and two shutouts. Minnesota has struggled in the matchup this season, losing five of seven meetings, so Kahkonen has to be at his very best to get a win on Thursday night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
