K.J. Osborn - Week 8 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver K.J. Osborn had another solid outing in his last game against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6. Osborn turned seven targets into six catches for 78 yards, his third game this season with at least 76 yards. He has quietly carved out a role for himself in the offense with a 15.17% target share on the season. His weekly performance will be largely game-script dependent, though, as he is still well behind teammates Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen in the pecking order. But this week against the Dallas Cowboys could be one of those games. Likely facing Jourdan Lewis this week, who is giving up an average of 15.7 points per game to opposing wide receivers, Osborn could be peppered with targets once again. In a potential shootout with Jefferson likely shadowed by Trevon Diggs, Osborn could be a sneaky flex play with upside.
