4 years agoHouston Astros starter Justin Verlander (forearm) may be back by the end of the month, according to manager Dusty Baker. The two-time Cy Young winner threw a 55-pitch bullpen session on Wednesday without suffering any setbacks. Verlander’s only appearance of 2020 came back on July 24, but he may be able to salvage some fantasy value for managers in the final weeks of the campaign.
