Justin Turner Hitting Just .154 This Spring
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner has been cold at the dish so far this spring. Over 10 spring games and 27 plate appearances, he's slashing just .154/.185/.308 with two extra-base hits (a home run and a double). The 37-year-old is coming off yet another productive year. Over 151 games in 2021, he slashed .278/.361/.471 with 27 home runs, 87 RBI and 87 runs. He had a career-high max exit velocity of 109.8 mph. RotoBaller ranks Turner just outside the top-100 as the 11th overall third baseman. He's a dependable option to target at the hot corner after all the elite third basemen are off the board.
