6 years agoJustin Thomas fired four consecutive rounds in the 60s at Bellerive Country Club but was unable to make some critical putts late in his round on Sunday, eventually finishing in a share of sixth place. The 25-year-old was looking to become the second player this season to defend their major title successfully, a feat that Brooks Koepka accomplished at the U.S. Open. Thomas, who is the defending champion of the FedExCup Playoffs, will have an opportunity to go back-to-back in capturing the first-place prize of 10 million dollars.
