Justin Rose, the former No. 1 player in the world for a short period of time, seemed to have found some form in 2021 with four top-12 finishes -- two of those came in major championships. Rose enters the American Express after a three-month layoff, with his last event being the RSM Classic, where he finished 12th. He's made seven consecutive cuts as he heads to California this week to an event he has only entered twice, finishing 34th in 2019 and missing the cut in 2010. Over his last 36 rounds, he is 10th in strokes gained total on courses shorter than 7,200 yards.--Owen Vrabel - RotoBaller
