Justin Jefferson Hauls In 50-Yard Touchdown In Vikings Loss
3 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson was coming off his worst game of the season in a Week 8 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, in which he only managed two catches for 21 yards. Jefferson looked to be in line for a monster performance Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens when he connected with quarterback Kirk Cousins for a 50-yard first-quarter touchdown. However, he surprisingly was only targeted four more times in the game for another two catches and 19 yards. This was the second straight game in which Jefferson has had five targets or fewer. Cousins and the Vikings coaching staff will surely find a way to get their star wide receiver more involved next week as they take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
