Justin Herbert Tosses Two Touchdowns In Week 6 Loss
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert threw two touchdowns but an incredibly costly interception in a Week 6 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Herbert attempted 37 passes, completing 22 of them for 227 yards. Both of Herbert's touchdowns came from one yard out, the first to Keenan Allen and the second to Gerald Everett. He then had the chance to lead a game-winning drive with the Chargers down three around the two-minute warning, but in the last two Chargers offensive snaps, Herbert took a sack and then followed it up by throwing an interception. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise solid game against a strong Cowboys defense. The Chargers need a new coach, but they'll face Chiefs in Week 7 with Brandon Staley still in charge.
