2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert hasn't lived up to fantasy expectations so far this season and will have a difficult test in Week 10 on the road against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers are bottom-10 in fantasy points per game allowed to the quarterback position this year. With Mike Williams (ankle) ruled out and Keenan Allen (hamstring) trending in that direction, Herbert will rely on Austin Ekeler, Joshua Palmer, and Gerald Everett to help pull out a win on Sunday night. Despite multiple factors working against him, Herbert's talent keeps him in the top-12 fantasy QB conversation this week and it's unlikely that there are better options available on waiver wires.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
