Justin Fields Put On Ice Against Bills
2 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields completed 15-of-23 passes for only 119 yards with one passing touchdown in the Bears 35-13 loss to the Bills. The Bears offense started off hot in below-zero temperatures, scoring a touchdown on their first drive. But the offense would stall from there and the dynamic Fields was held to only 11 rushing yards in this matchup. After the game Fields did remark that he took a hit to his shoulder earlier in the game and a Bills player stepped on his foot in the fourth quarter. These bumps and bruises may not sideline Fields moving forward but could be aspects of why the second-year passer struggled offensively. If Fields suits up in Week 17, he will have a favorable matchup against the Lions.
