Justin Fields Musters Only Seven Completions In Loss
2 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields completed only 7-of-11 passes for 70 yards with one interception and one rushing touchdown in the Bears 27-10 loss to the Packers in Week 2. The Bears offense got off to a great start, scoring a touchdown on the first drive thanks to some excellent runs by David Montgomery. But the Packers offense responded with 24 first-half points and the Bears were unable to get anything going in the passing game. Fields had a second rushing touchdown stopped at the goal-line but the passing game was non-existent throughout. Fields has potential but his offensive weapons make him a risky QB2 play moving forward.
