Justin Dunn Optioned To Triple-A Following Rehab Stint
2 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds have returned right-handed pitcher Justin Dunn (shoulder) from his rehab assignment and he's been optioned to Triple-A. The 26-year-old had been on the 60-day injured list due to right shoulder inflammation. He has yet to pitch in the majors this year due to the injury. If he can pitch well at Triple-A, there's a good chance he'll get a shot in the Reds' rotation at some point over the final months of the season. Over 25 career starts, all with the Seattle Mariners, Dunn has gone 5-4 with a 3.94 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP.
