1 year agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Junior Caminero will partake in the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League (LIDOM) this winter. Caminero is the No. 6 prospect according to MLB pipeline. The 20-year-old played in seven games during the regular season for the Rays and two playoff games. Last season he played in the Australian Baseball League during the winter. Caminero launched 31 home runs during the minor league season and is the Rays No. 1 prospect heading into 2024.
