Julius Randle Scores Game-High 26 Points In Sunday's Win
4 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle shot a poor 1-for-8 from outside against Toronto on Sunday but still notched a game-high 26 points in a 102-96 win. He went 7-for-19 overall from the field and was extremely busy at the line with an 11-for-11 effort. Randle's night also included eight rebounds and five assists with five turnovers in 38 minutes. New York's rising superstar is currently having a cold shooting stretch as he's finished with below 40 percent shooting in five of his past six games. However, you can't be mad at the guy, with him posting two triple-doubles in a week. Randle will be challenged by the league's most-efficient defense next when the Lakers roll through the Madison Square Garden on Monday. The first-year All-Star has always done well against his former team, averaging 21.3 points with 6.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists.
