Julius Randle Scores 31 Points In Three Quarters
4 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle scored a game-high 31 points on 13-for-22 shooting in three quarters against the Rockets on Sunday with seven rebounds, six assists and one steal. The game turned into an ugly blowout, so his services weren't needed in the final 12 minutes. Randle continued his hot streak from deep with a 4-for-9 effort. He has now shot 44 percent or better from downtown in five straight outings. The run includes four 30-point efforts, so Randle is finishing off his spectacular year in red-hot form. He should be well-rested for Monday's outing versus the Grizzlies, who gave up a 15-10-11 triple-double to Randle in this year's first meeting.
