Julio Teheran Tosses Quality Start on Thursday
6 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Julio Teheran was solid on Thursday against the Colorado Rockies. While he was saddled with a no-decision, that was no fault of his. Teheran went seven innings, giving up two runs on three hits while striking out seven batters and walking two. He was actually in line for the win before Brad Brach blew up in the ninth inning. This was the 13th quality start of the season for Teheran and lowered his ERA to 4.24 on the year. His next appearance will be on Tuesday in Pittsburgh, which seems like a good matchup to stream.
