Julio Teheran The Hard-Luck Loser As Braves Get Blanked
7 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Julio Teheran didn't have that bad of a game on Monday night, even with his four walks. The righty went six innings and struck out seven. He did give up two runs on one bad pitch to Howie Kendrick, who ripped a double that scored the only runs that Max Scherzer would need. Teheran still has work to do since his ERA is at 7.07. There's still plenty of the 2018 season left and he could wind up being a good start more often than not. His next outing will likely be the last game of Atlanta's current road trip, which ends in Chicago at Wrigley Field.
