Julio Rodriguez's MRI Shows No Structural Damage
2 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez (wrist) underwent an MRI on his sore left wrist on Saturday. The results of the MRI showed some bruising, but no structural damage. Mariners manager Scott Servais stated that Rodriguez remains day-to-day at this point, but also added that a stint on the injured list could be possible. Rodriguez hasn't appeared in a game since the All-Star game, so the team would be able to backdate a stint on the 10-day injured list to July 22. Stay tuned for further updates on the 21-year-old phenom. If he can avoid the injured list, his next chance to play will be on Monday against the Texas Rangers.
