Julio Jones Remains A WR1 In Week 8
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones hasn't found the end zone since Week 3 and there's a chance he'll be catching passes from backup quarterback Matt Schaub this week, but he's still a clear top-10 starter at the position. In Week 8, Jones and the Falcons face the Seahawks, who have been amongst the middle-of-the-pack in terms of pass defense this year. However, the Seahawks offense should be able to run up the score, which means the Falcons will be forced to throw a lot. Jones' upside potential takes a minor hit if Schaub starts over Matt Ryan (ankle), who is currently questionable, but regardless he will have a solid chance to catch around six or seven passes for around 100 yards.
