6 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is not planning to report to camp and is comfortable with the idea of sitting out the entire time. The Falcons have stated they will not renegotiate Jones' contract at this stage. However, this stance from Jones may force the issue. Jones has been one of the best receivers in the league and was recently voted fourth among all NFL players on the NFL Top 100 list. For fantasy owners this news is not catastrophic at this stage. Jones knows this offense well, as it is the offense the Falcons ran under Kyle Shanahan, so missing time should not hinder his understanding of the plays. However, once he starts missing preseason games his fantasy value will start to drop.--Ben Rolfe
