6 years agoAtlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn said that he will not know if wide receiver Julio Jones (hip) will be ready to go in Week 16 against the Panthers until Friday. It's always something with Jones, but he usually plays through his nagging ailments. He was not at practice on Wednesday. With Atlanta's playoff hopes already out the window, they could elect to rest their star receiver. If Jones gets in a practice later this week, his owners will feel more comfortable leaving him in their lineups for championship week. If Jones plays, he'll be a strong WR1 in a great matchup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
