New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman (thumb) landed on his injured thumb and left the preseason finale Thursday, but the team insisted he is OK. Edelman had 74 catches for 850 yards and six touchdowns in 12 games last year. The return of receiver Josh Gordon only makes Edelman more potent. Edelman is a great WR2 in point-per-reception leagues, but he falls in leagues that do not award points for catches. He's still in the WR2 range, but his upside is considerably lower in non-PPR formats.--Ryan Dodson
