Juhann Begarin Nets 25 Points In Final Summer League Game
2 years agoBoston Celtics guard Juhann Begarin had an impressive showing at this year's Summer League in Las Vegas. He started all five games for the team and averaged 18.2 points per contest. He had his best all-around game in the team's final Summer League matchup against the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. He shot 9-for-17 from the field in the game and scored a team-high 25 points while adding seven rebounds, three assists, three steals and three three-pointers. The 6'5" Frenchman was a second round pick of the Celtics in 2021. He played for Paris Basketball of the French LNB Pro B league each of the last three seasons. This year, he will likely primarily play for the Celtics' G League affiliate, the Maine Celtics.
