1 year agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Juan Soto will be one of the highlights of the offseason around the MLB. Another team is now being listed as involved in the trade sweepstakes — the Chicago Cubs. Soto will be a hot name during the GM Meetings that start on Nov. 7 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Padres are said to be willing to trade Soto because he will be commanding a monstrous contract after the 2024 season. The 25-year-old has a 157 OPS+ with a .158 OPS+ in 2023. Soto is one of the best talents in baseball and fantasy alike and much will be made of the Padres plan for him this offseason.--Justin Raffone - RotoBaller
