4 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto (shoulder) was able to hit off of a tee on Saturday. Soto was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left shoulder strain, though it wasn't believed to be a serious ailment, with the team wanting to play things safe with their superstar. He looks to be in line to return immediately following 10 days, as it's an encouraging sign that he's able to take swings. Soto was slashing .300/.410/.460 with two homers and eight RBI and should get back to mashing upon his return.--Tim Capurso
