Jrue Holiday Swipes Six Steals On Wednesday
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday had the quick hands on Wednesday when he racked up a season-high six steals in the 112-110 win over the Nuggets. Holiday also connected on 8-for-18 shooting en route to 20 points while providing eight assists with four rebounds across 31 minutes of action. It's lines like these that show the veterans value to his owners, but with the Pelicans supposedly having their star on the trading block, this could indeed save his owners if he gets moved to a good situation as we would not have to worry about him getting shutdown. Until then, keep Holiday rolling with his club's next game on Saturday at home versus the Pacers.

Jrue Holiday Won't Play Against Miami
5 days agoAccording to Zack Cox of the Boston Herald, Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (shoulder) won't play in Wednesday's meeting with the Miami Heat. He continues to have trouble with his right shoulder and could take the night off after playing in four consecutive contests. Holiday on the shelf will boost the fantasy stock of Payton Pritchard. Pritchard's production has risen to 16.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in games without Holiday this season, even as he has continued to come off the bench during these outings.

Jrue Holiday Returns On Saturday
1 month agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is back in action ahead of Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Holiday will make his return to the court after missing the last four games due to a right finger injury. It sounds like he'll have a full workload on Saturday despite missing the last four contests. He should have a busy night ahead of him trying to defend Luka Doncic. Holiday is usually a viable fantasy option, so go ahead and get him active ahead of Saturday's tip-off.

Jrue Holiday Questionable Against The Lakers
1 month agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers. He's missed the last four contests because of a finger injury. But, truth be told, Holiday hasn't been the most consistent fantasy option during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging only 10.8 points per game, the second-lowest mark of his career. Sam Hauser (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) are also questionable, so Joe Mazzulla may turn to Payton Pritchard and Al Horford to enter the starting lineup behind Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, who is off the injury report, and Jayson Tatum.
