Josiah Gray To Throw On Sunday
6 months agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Josiah Gray (elbow) is set to throw his first rehab start on Sunday for low-A Frederickburg. The right-hander has finally progressed to throwing in live games after missing the last two months due to a flexor strain in his elbow. The plan is for Gray to throw 50-55 pitches during his first rehab start. If that goes well, Gray would likely head to Double-A Harrisburg for his next start. Fantasy managers are going to have to wait a few more weeks before getting Gray back into their starting rotations.
