2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer has seen 17 targets in two games with Keenan Allen (hamstring) sidelined and could be primed for a prominent role once again in a Week 4 matchup with the Houston Texans. Allen is questionable to play this week, but Palmer should be involved regardless of Allen's availability as he and quarterback Justin Herbert (ribs) displayed chemistry during training camp. The Texans have been solid against opposing fantasy wide receivers so far this season but have faced three offenses that rank in the bottom half of the league in total passing yards. If Allen is forced to miss a third consecutive week, Palmer will be a high-end flex option in all formats but should be viewed as a fantasy WR4 if the Pro Bowl wideout returns.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
