2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer saw an uptick in targets in Keenan Allen's (hamstring) absence in Week 2 and managed to find the end zone. This week, Palmer will face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars who have had an up-and-down start defensively against opposing wide receivers. Palmer's fantasy appeal in Week 3 will be largely dependent on the availability of Allen and quarterback Justin Herbert (ribs) who are both listed as questionable for Sunday. If Herbert is ruled out, Palmer should not be considered in starting fantasy lineups, but would again be a solid flex play if Herbert is good to go and Allen is inactive.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
