Joshua Palmer Goes Off In Week 11 Loss
2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer hauled in eight of his 10 targets for 106 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite the return of Keenan Allen, Palmer remained heavily involved and posted his best statistical performance of the season. His first score of the game came on a 50-yard bomb from quarterback Justin Herbert in the first quarter and his second came on a six-yard strike that gave Los Angeles the lead late in the fourth. The Chargers ultimately came up just short of a divisional win, but Palmer proved to be an essential piece of the offense with Mike Williams (ankle) re-aggravating his ankle sprain in the contest. If Williams misses additional time, Palmer will be a must-start fantasy option in Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals.
