6 years agoArizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Josh Rosen (hand) is expected to play in the team's third preseason game despite missing Wednesday's practice. Rosen returned to practice on Wednesday and is expected to play a pivotal role in the team's game against the Cowboys. Playing in relief of Bradford, Rosen should be considered a solid DFS option. However, in redraft formats, Rosen has minimal fantasy value as Bradford is entrenched as the starting quarterback for 2018.--mkmillwall
