Josh Okogie Picks Up Questionable Tag For Wednesday
Josh Okogie (hamstring) has popped up on Wednesday's injury report as he continues to battle a hamstring ailment that forced him to miss six games. Okogie sounds as if he's closer to playing than sitting, but his minutes cap likely knocks him from fantasy consideration in most formats. Known for his contributions across the stat sheet, Okogie is yet to record a steal in his first four games, which has greatly impacted his fantasy upside. His presence would likely knock Jake Layman from the rotation once again. Check back before tip-off to see whether or not Okogie gets the green light to suit up.

Hornets Acquire Josh Okogie In A Trade With Phoenix
Josh Okogie from the Suns on Wednesday night. In exchange, Phoenix will receive center Nick Richards. Okogie has averaged only 6.0 points and 2.9 rebounds this season. But he'll at least bring his defensive prowess with him to a Hornets squad that has allowed 112.4 points per game during the 2024-25 campaign. With that in mind, unless there is an injury in the starting lineup, Okogie likely won't have much value for fantasy managers.

Josh Okogie Remains Sidelined With Hamstring Strain
Josh Okogie (hamstring) will be out again on Monday as he continues to deal with a right hamstring strain. He was seen getting some work in after the team finished with shootaround and was moving pretty well, but not at game speed just yet. When he's able to suit up, he'll likely slot back into a depth role and may take some minutes away from rookie Ryan Dunn or Monte Morris. There still isn't a firm timetable for his return though.

Josh Okogie Remaining With Phoenix
Josh Okogie agreed to a two-year, $16 million deal to remain with the team. The 2018 No. 20 overall pick didn't do much in his 60 appearances with the Suns last season. But he at least averaged 7.2 points and 3.7 rebounds in 11 starts. With that in mind, Okogie will likely mirror his numbers from the 2023-24 campaign this season, meaning he won't draw interest from fantasy managers in any format.

Suns Interested In Re-Signing Josh Okogie
Josh Okogie. The 25-year-old has spent the past two seasons in Arizona but became a free agent after not picking up a $2.9 million option on his contract. Okogie averaged 4.6 points and 2.6 rebounds in 16.0 minutes last season, logging 11 starts across 60 appearances. His numbers will likely be in a similar mold next season if he returns to Phoenix, which appears likely, as Okogie hasn't really been linked with any other teams since hitting free agency.
