Josh Manson Sustains Lower-Body Injury
25 seconds agoAccording to Brennan Vogt of Mile High Hockey, Colorado Avalanche defenseman Josh Manson (lower body) sustained an injury during Tuesday's contest against the Vancouver Canucks. Manson suffered this injury during the second period and did not take the ice in the final frame. Before exiting, he tallied two hits and two penalty minutes. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to their next game on Thursday evening against the Calgary Flames. Over his previous six games, Manson has tallied one point (an assist) with 11 hits and seven blocked shots. If he were to miss time, fantasy managers should expect Calvin de Haan or Oliver Kylington to draw into the starting lineup. Overall, the 33-year-old has tallied 13 points across 43 games with 94 hits and 54 blocked shots.
