Josh Knoth Undergoes Tommy John Surgery
3 days agoAccording to Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Brewers pitching prospect Josh Knoth (elbow) underwent Tommy John surgery and will miss the entire 2025 season. Knoth joined the Brewers organization in 2023. He made his professional debut last summer at Single-A. Across 84 1/3 innings with the Carolina Mudcats, the right-hander posted a 4.48 ERA and a 1.40 WHIP. He tallied 96 punchouts but served up 40 free passes. He finished the season on the injured list due to an elbow injury. MLB Pipeline ranks the 19-year-old as the No. 13 prospect in the system. Fantasy managers in dynasty formats should expect Knoth to target a return sometime during the 2026 campaign.
