5 years agoOakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder) and wide receiver Tyrell Williams (foot) are officially active in Week 8 against the Texans. Jacobs and Williams were both expected to play. The impressive rookie running back may be at risk of reduced snaps, but fantasy owners must still consider him a strong RB2 as the workhorse of this backfield. Williams will be active for the first time since Week 4 and will look to keep his four-game touchdown streak alive against a porous and injured secondary. Williams is a low-volume, touchdown-dependent WR3 with a little more risk this weekend. Keelan Doss is a healthy scratch with Williams returning.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
