Josh Jacobs Runs For 100 Yards In Blowout Loss
5 years agoOakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs picked up his fifth 100-yard game of the season in the team's blowout loss to the Chiefs on Sunday. The rookie did his part with helping the offense as he totaled 104 yards on 17 carries (6.1 YPC), but was disappointingly held without a catch. Jacobs ceded passing work to Deandre Washington (3/44/0) and Jalen Richard (1/6/0) as the offense entered garbage time mode in the second half. Jacobs has proven to be a dominant running back this season on this run-first offense, but his lack of involvement in the passing game limits his ceiling. He'll remain a fringe RB1 in Week 14 at home versus a susceptible Titans run defense.
