Josh Jacobs Notches Two Touchdowns In NFL Debut
5 years agoOakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs had an impressive NFL debut Monday versus a tough Broncos Defense, finishing the night with 85 rushing yards on 23 carries. He recorded his first career touchdown on a two-yard run late in the second quarter and followed that up with a powerful four-yard TD in the fourth. The first-round rookie acted as the bell cow getting over 90% of the backfield touches while showing a tremendous ability to break tackles and gain extra yardage. Jacobs also chipped in with a 28-yard reception and is shaping out to be a terrific draft-day value. He'll be a solid RB2 option in an even more favorable matchup at home versus the Chiefs in Week 2.
