1 year agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs rushed for 61 yards on 15 carries on Monday against the Detroit Lions. He also added two receptions for 27 yards on four targets. Jacobs led the team in receiving while scoring a touchdown on the ground. In Week 9, the Raiders take on the New York Giants, who have given up 4.8 yards per carry and the fourth-most rushing touchdowns. With the Raiders moving forward with rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell, the game plan could be to rely on Jacobs and the run game to carry the offense on Sunday.
