Josh Jacobs Goes Off For 175 Total Yards, Two Touchdowns
2 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs handled 28 rushing attempts for 144 yards and two touchdowns, adding five receptions for 31 yards on six targets in a Week 4 victory over the Denver Broncos. Jacobs was the focal point of the Raiders offense in this one as quarterback Derek Carr failed to throw a touchdown. Despite rumors this past offseason that the team would take a committee approach at the running back position, Jacobs seems to have a stranglehold on the Las Vegas backfield. He has recorded five catches in each of the past two games, proving his worth as a receiving threat as well. He should be viewed as a solid RB2 heading into a Week 5 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.
