Josh Jackson Produces 27 Points In Spot Start
4 years agoDetroit Pistons small forward Josh Jackson did some efficient scoring in a spot start on Monday, finishing a 128-120 loss to Atlanta with 27 points in 28 minutes. He got the nod in the starting five with Blake Griffin (knee) rested. Jackson shot 11-for-19 from the floor, including 3-for-7 from downtown, and he also had four rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block. Jerami Grant also posted a 27-point performance in the contest. Jackson, who's entered his fourth NBA season, has been great to watch at times but he has started to bounce around teams and even found himself in the G League last season. The 23-year-old forward has a point to prove this season, and it looks like he'll be a very good fantasy option whenever Griffin takes a night off.
