Josh Jackson Drops 22 Points Off The Bench
4 years agoDetroit Pistons guard Josh Jackson scored 22 points in a losing effort to Utah on Tuesday night. Jackson did turn the ball over six times- a season-high- but he delivered a well-rounded statistical line otherwise. The 23-year-old played 30 minutes for just the second time this season, as Derrick Rose was a Coach's Decision DNP. The Pistons could just be being cautious with Rose, but if not, Jackson's fantasy value could really benefit from this. He's averaged 19.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 2.5 triples, and 1.5 blocks per game on 45.8/38.4/92.3 percent shooting splits in his last two contests. Keep an eye on the Rose situation- and give Jackson a look on the waiver wire if he ultimately ends up seeing more playing time.
