Josh Gordon Remains On Practice Squad, Inactive For AFC Title Game
3 years agoThe Kansas City Chiefs did not promote wide receiver Josh Gordon to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. He will miss the AFC Championship Game and be inactive for a third consecutive contest. The 30-year-old has caught five passes for 32 yards and a touchdown over 12 games for the Chiefs in 2021. Tyreek Hill, Byron Pringle, Mecole Hardman, and Demarcus Robinson will be Kansas City's top wideouts for the AFC Championship Game while Gordon is out. His next chance to play will be in the Super Bowl if the Chiefs advance past the Bengals on Sunday.
