5 years agoAtlanta Braves third baseman Josh Donaldson is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday. Austin Riley will play the hot corner and hit fifth against Giants starting pitcher Jeff Samardzija. Riley was raking in the minor leagues and hasn't really missed a beat in his first taste of the majors. The 22-year-old is hitting .385/.407/.769 with three home runs and six RBI in his first 26 at-bats for the Braves.
